Is remote access secure?
Yes. All sessions are end-to-end encrypted, require authentication from the initiating IT professional, and are fully audit logged. User consent mode can be enabled to require end-user approval before each session — important for privacy compliance.
Can I access offline devices?
No — you can only access devices that are currently online and have an active agent connection. However, you can see which devices are online from the dashboard and initiate sessions from there.
